I have been taking my Porsche Cayenne to Matrix for regular maintenance for the past 3 years. I’m impressed with their service and especially with my most recent customer care service. They noticed that my DEF fluid pump seemed to be leaking. I had a request for an in person interview 300 miles away when an EPC and Check Engine light kicked on in my GTI, on my birthday of all days. If you don’t know, that’s a big problem in a GTI. To make matters worse I was preparing to move. The team at Matrix not only checked my car right away, but let me leave it with them to see if they could squeeze it in. They not only got it done a week before their next appointment opening, they only charged me for parts and one hour of labor. No rush fee. No extras. I’ve never seen someone step up and go above and beyond like that. Seriously if I want to do anything major I may drive the 300 miles to come back as I know it’ll get done fast, fair, and right. They also have a really cute loaner car up front 😎
